Points discussed during our Clan-meeting:

Trophy hunt:

Our next trophy hunt will be held from Monday 31 March to Sunday 6 April.  This is during the school-holiday so that the hunt does not interfere with schoolwork/studies.
There will be 3 prizes up for grabs of approximately 500 gems (in the form of a Itunes voucher or prepaid card)
The prizes are funded by the leaders and if there is any moaning or complaints,  It will be the last of its kind.... 
We are still deciding on the category's.  If you have a good idea,  let us know!

Donation ratio's:

We decided to lower the required ratio to 1:2 for the first 500 troops requested.  After you received 500 troops your ratio should get back to 1:1 .
Therefor up to 500 troops  received : 250 troops donated will be allowed.
We are deliberately lowering the requirements so that we can help lower LVL players to grow.  We are however going to be very,  very strict on enforcing ratios and if you go over 1:2 you stand a good chance to get kicked out of the clan.

Eldership:

We are going to lower the number of elders to 10 for the clan.  Elder-ship will be the reward of good player performance.  Clan members can nominate players (no not yourself!) for elder-ship on the Monday following the trophy hunt.  Leader and co-leaders will make a decision based on nominations and appoint new elders and demote some as well.  Please do not be offended if you loose your eldership,  it is a way of rewarding players.  You will be able to qualify for elder after the next clock reset if nominated.

Other clan rules:

No Swearing (or spamming) There are minors in the clan and we want to keep it a family/friendly place.
No Religious, political or racist slurs and no threading behavior.
Respect your fellow clan members!
Studies and school comes first!
Standard donation = Archers,  if you request something specific and your castle is not filled within 2 minutes members can donate what they have (please do not donate wall breakers of goblins except if requested)
